Effect
- Spawns a decoy vaguely resembling Isaac in his crying animation, which explodes with the blast radius of a Megatroll Bomb after a few seconds, dealing 110 damage.
- (Added in Repentance) The decoy explodes after 5 seconds, dealing 185 damage.
- The decoy bomb distracts enemies, as they will target the decoy instead of Isaac regardless of distance.

Book of Virtues: Creates wisps that are small Isaac heads with a white flame in the center ring. Tears shot by these have a 7.5% of applying the mark status effect, akin to 
Rotten Tomato.
