Filigree Feather

Effect

• Angels drop items from the Angel Room item pool instead of key pieces when defeated.

Notes

• Items are dropped even if both key pieces are already acquired.
• If one key piece was acquired before picking up Filigree Feather, the next angel will drop the other key piece even with Filigree Feather equipped.
• (Removed in Repentance) If both Angels are fought at the same time, only one item will be acquired.
  • (Added in Repentance) Both Angels will drop items if they're fought at the same time.
• Angels rarely found in closets in the (Cathedral) Cathedral do not drop items, but ones found in (Super Secret Room) Super Secret Rooms do.
• Angels spawned from (Sacrifice Room) Sacrifice Rooms will also drop items.
• The Fallen Angels that spawn during the (Mega Satan) Mega Satan fight do not drop items.
• The Angels that spawn during the (Boss Rush) Boss Rush do not drop items.

Interactions

• (Added in Repentance)(Golden Trinket) Golden Trinket / (Mom's Box) Mom's Box: No effect.
• (Jacob and Esau) Jacob and Esau: Jacob must be the one holding Filigree Feather for the trinket to work properly.
