Locust of Pestilence

Effects

• Upon entering a room with enemies, spawns a Green Locust that deals double Isaac's damage and poisons enemies, which deals double Isaac's damage over time.

Notes

• The Locust will also spawn each time a wave starts in (Boss Rush) Boss Rush.
• During Greed Mode, locusts will not spawn when waves start.
