• Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac's movement with a 3-second delay and deals 2 contact damage to enemies per tick (30 damage per second).
  • (Added in Repentance) The fly follows Isaac on a 0.66 second delay instead.
• This item belongs to the Beelzebub set. Collecting three items from this set will transform Isaac into a giant humanoid fly.

Notes

• If other familiars that move with a similar pattern such as Multidimensional Baby have been collected before the Obsessed Fan, it will follow them instead with further delay.
