  • (Added in Repentance) Tarot Cloth with the card has a unique effect and does not count as two uses for unlocking purposes.
• Using (Telepathy for Dummies) Telepathy for Dummies twice in the same room will unlock this item. Combination of items like (Spoon Bender) Spoon Bender and/or (Sacred Heart) Sacred Heart also works.
