Resurrection items activate in a set order. Judas' Shadow is (Removed in Repentance) 8th / (Added in Repentance) 10th in this order after (Added in Repentance)(Soul of Lazarus) Soul of Lazarus, 1up!, (Lazarus) Lazarus' extra life, Dead Cat, (Added in Repentance) Inner Child, Guppy's Collar, Lazarus' Rags, Ankh, and (Broken Ankh) Broken Ankh.
Beating bosses as (Dark Judas) Dark Judas will give Completion Marks for (Judas) Judas and will unlock the associated items and achievements.
