Mysterious Liquid
Effects
- Tears leave a small, short-lasting pool of creep upon hitting an enemy or when their range is depleted.
- The creep deals 1 damage per tick or 30 damage per second.
- (Added in Repentance) The creep can deal up to 25 damage.
- Multiple creeps can inflict damage on an enemy simultaneously.

- (Added in Afterbirth †) Compound Fracture / Cricket's Body / The Parasite: Each split tear leaves a creep, creating lots of creeps.
- (Added in Afterbirth) Explosivo: Leaves an explosion-sized creep whenever the Explosivo tear goes off.
- (Added in Afterbirth †) Flat Stone: Every time tears bounce, creep spawns.
- The Ludovico Technique: Spawns creep trail under the tear on a constant time interval.
- Mom's Knife: Spawns a line of creep behind the knife as it shoots towards enemies, each one left on random time interval.
- (Added in Repentance) Spirit Sword: The projectiles from the sword spawn creeps, sword attacks do not.
